What is C2C?
Complete 2 Compete is a statewide program sponsored by the Mississippi Institutions of Higher Learning and the Mississippi Community College Board. Its mission is to help Mississippi adults who attended college but do not have a degree get their degree and create a brighter future. Who is eligible for the C2C program at Mississippi State University?
C2C is available to adults who are:
- 21 years old or older,
- Have not earned a Bachelor's degree, and
- Have been out of college for at least two years (24 consecutive months).
